Founded in the mid 1970’s in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Express Rentz became the first
local property listing service catering to both landlords and prospective
tenants. Serving its customers by listing current, quality, available rental
properties for landlords, combined with a fast and easy method for potential
tenants to locate these properties, Express Rents developed a reputation as
“THE” source for rental property in Tulsa and surrounding areas.
In the early 1980’s the company expanded its operations to include Oklahoma
City, Denver & Colorado Springs, Colorado. A first at this time was the
ability to serve property owners seeking tenants for mountain resort property,
ranches, town homes, duplexes and lake front homes.
The early 90’s was a time of major development for the company. It was in
Colorado that WebRentz was born. Taking advantage of a new era in information
management, landlords and tenants alike were able to access the internet, post
their properties, and find a place to live without ever going to a local
office.
2009 marked the beginning of a major national expansion program for
webrentz.net. Following an aggressive marketing plan, the company will be
expanding its operation and services in over 90 locations throughout the US in
the coming years.
